Patrick, however, went way beyond his duties in assisting me with my sale as I was not in the same city of the selling property. Not only did he perform normal duties, but he took care of the details, assisting in hiring and monitoring resources for contractors and inspectors, completing cleaning and prep issues personally, and made numerous thousands of dollars above the asking price! Patrick is very familiar with Oakland neighborhoods and helped orient us to the areas that were best suited to our needs and tastes.
